◎ Unique roll gap adjustment mechanism allowing for synchronous adjustment at both ends as well as single end adjustment, and eliminating roll-roll contact during adjustment.

◎ Adopting rail-type bearing block that facilitates dismantling and positioning of roll and other parts and components.

◎ Complete with Teflon wearable baffles on both sides of the working chamber which moves with the main shaft to eliminate leakage so as to ensure hygienic working environment.

◎ Spring-type automatic belt tensioning devices.

◎ Complete with magnet device at feeding position which moves with the feeding gate so as to effectively remove metal stuff from the material.
